  • EASIER INSTALLATION means lower labor costs.
  • DOOR CURTAIN cold rolled 24 gauge high grade galvanized or prime painted steel slats with cast iron end locks.
  • Bottom is constrcuted of 2 - 1.5" galvanized steel angles bolted back to back on bottom slat with tubular bottom seal
  • GUIDES cold roll formed 14 gauge galvanized steel mounted to structural wall angles.
  • SUPPORT BRACKETS .25" steel plate fabricated to accept shaft roller bearings and hood.
  • POWERMASTER MOTORS sized per door based on weight and usage.
  • CHAIN HOIST cast iron drive and driven gear assembly pre-installed
  • CLEARANCES:
    Side room required: 6.5"
    Head room required: 16" up to 14' high / 18" up to 18" high

Side room – 7.5” for push up operation, 11.5” for reduced drive chain hoist operation, 20” for electric motor operation 

Head room – 19” up to 10’ high 22” up to 14’ high
